 In these ideal residential schools, online applications are invited from the students who want to get admission in Std. 9, 10 and 12 for the next academic year 2075-9 on the website from the date: 09/06/208 to the date 10/05/208.




 Documents required to apply for an ideal boarding school

 Director of Social Justice and Empowerment, Developing Caste Welfare, Gujarat  , Advertisement regarding Admission in Gandhinagar Adarsh ​​Niwasi Schools In the year 206-2, 33 Adarsh ​​Niwasi schools (with secondary / higher secondary curriculum) are functioning in the state of Gujarat for the purpose of providing better education to the bright students of socially and educationally backward classes in secondary as well as higher secondary level.  The list of schools is available on www.esamajvan.gujarat.gov.in.  All facilities like education, meals, uniforms, shoes, gloves, stationery and accommodation are provided to the students free of cost in these schools.  For admission in these standard residential schools for the current academic year 206-6, new students wanting to get admission in Std.  Applications are invited online from 303 to 10/2/207.


 1.  Adarsh ​​residential schools, new students in Std. 9, 10 and 12 will have to apply online for admission. The required certificates along with the application will also have to be uploaded online.


 2. J - Older students of Std. 9, Std. 10 and Std. 11 studying in that ideal residential school last year were given admission in Std. 12, Std. 11 and Std. 12 in the current year.  New students who apply online for admission in Std. 9, 10 and Std. 12 will be given admission according to merit.


 3.  After the result of Std. 10, after issuance of marksheet by Gujarat Secondary Board, the portal for admission in Std. 11 will be opened and then the student will be able to apply online for admission in Std.


 4.  The student applying for admission must have obtained at least 50% marks in last year's annual examination.


 5.  In case of girls, students who get 5% or more marks can apply.


 6. Anu, caste / Anu.  In the case of children belonging to the most backward, marginalized free caste as well as children of disabled, widows and abandoned sisters among the most backward / socially and educationally backward classes, students who got 5% marks or more in last year's result can apply.


 7. If the annual income of the parents of the student is up to Rs. 21,50,000 for rural area and up to Rs.


 8.  In Adarsh ​​Residential School, considering the building capacity, 20% seats are allotted for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, 15% for Economically Backward Classes, 12.5% ​​for Scheduled Castes and 12.5% ​​for Scheduled Tribes.  In addition, 5% of the total capacity of the building will be reserved for the disabled.

 10, Admission will be given on merit as per the rules laid down by the Government.


 11. Provisional merit list for admission as well as other instructions will be published online.  For which the student has to visit the said website from time to time.  Students placed in the Provisional Merit List will be informed about the verification of certificates through SMS and E-mail.


 12. Since the publication of the online provisional merit list, the students in the merit list will have to verify the original certificates at the respective Adarsh ​​Residential School.  Applicants will not be admitted if there is a discrepancy between the percentage of examination marks filled in the online form of the applicant and the percentage of the original marksheet and the qualification or other certificates.


 13. Admission will be given to the students keeping in view the capacity of the school building as well as the rules decided by the health department, education department and the government.  So, the right of admission cannot be claimed on the basis of the application made by the applicant.


 14. For children of Agariya parents engaged in salt business for Kumar (1) Rajula, Dist. Amreli (2) Bhachau, Dist. Kutch (3) Dhrangadhra, Dist. Surendranagar (4) Morbi and for Kanya (4) Found at Surendranagar  Agariya's ideal residential schools are functioning.


 15. If any question arises regarding admission, the decision of the Director, Developing Caste Welfare Department, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar will be final.
